Woman allegedly punches bouncer

It seems Lindsay Corbin really wanted to see the fight outside the Blue Rock Tavern Sunday – so much so, police alleged, that when a bar employee approached her about the beer she’d carried outside, she punched him. In the face. Repeatedly.

Corbin, 29, of Cheviot, was arrested just after 2 a.m. Sunday on an assault charge.

According to police and court records, Corbin was “very intoxicated” when she walked outside of the Northside bar to watch a fight. Tavern employee Noah Saas asked her for the beer she’d brought with her, and she responded with her fist.

Officers who responded said they could smell the alcohol on her from several feet away. When they removed her from the cruiser, her scent lingered. “The interior of the police car had a strong alcoholic beverage smell,” the report said.
