Man refuses to leave Swamp, threatens to kill deputy

A 22-year-old Tennessee man was told to leave The Swamp five times after he threw a drink on another patron, a bouncer told an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputy.

The deputy went outside to talk to the man who said he had done nothing wrong and would not leave. The deputy told him to leave. The man stood in one place, according to the deputy. The deputy then asked, "Are you going to leave?" No, the man said.

While he was being driven to the Okaloosa County Jail, the man told the deputy he was going to kill him and that his grandfather is a judge in Tennessee.

He was charged with trespassing.
