Man leaves Crestview bar, drops drugs in parking lot

A man who cursed at fellow bar patrons and then threatened them with a knife and a pool ball on Jan. 24, left voluntarily after the bouncer called police.

The 41-year-old man was walking across the parking lot when the Crestview Police officer saw him reach into his pocket, discard several items on the ground and keep walking.

The officer told him to stand near the patrol car and then he went to see what the man had dropped. He found a bag of marijuana, a $20 bill and a pocket knife.

The patron was issued a trespass warning for the bar and charged with disorderly intoxication and marijuana possession
